Balado Eggs Recipe Up to Saturated Kangkung


The fourth day

1. Balado Eggs

Ingredient:

- 8 eggs

- enough oil

- 4 cloves of red onion

- 20 grams of red chili, coarsely ground

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp white sugar

- 50 ml water

How to make:

1. Boil the eggs until cooked, then remove. Peel the shells after the eggs have cooled or soak them in cold water immediately after removing them.

2. Fry the eggs that have been boiled and peeled until golden brown.

3. Remove and set aside.

4. Prepare hot oil, saute onion until fragrant. Add red chilies, garlic and tomatoes.

5. Pour in the water, then add the salt and sugar.

6. Add the fried eggs and mix until smooth. Let it boil.

7. Lift, and serve. Balado eggs are ready to be enjoyed.

2. Genjer Tauco

Ingredient:

- 400 grams of young genjer flowers

- 500 ml water

- 2 tbsp cooking oil

- 50 grams of tacos

- 1 bay leaf

- 1 segment of galangal, sliced ​​and bruised

- 1 tomato, cut into 4 parts

Spice:

- 1 red chili, coarsely ground

- 2 red chilies, sliced

- 1 clove garlic, sliced

- 1 tsp shrimp paste

- 1 tbsp salt

How to make:

1. Boil water in a saucepan and add genjer flowers. Cook for 5 minutes, remove and drain.

2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Saute onion, garlic, chili, shrimp paste, bay leaf, galangal, tomato, and salt until fragrant.

3. Add the tacos and stir-fry until evenly distributed. Lift.

4. Prepare a serving plate, place and arrange the boiled genjer flowers. Sprinkle the taco seasoning on top.

5. Serve genjer tauco with other side dishes.

Fifth day

1. Spicy Kikil

Ingredient:

- 250 grams of beef kikil

- 3 tbsp oil for frying

- Salt to taste

- 1/2 tsp sugar

- 1/2 tsp ground beef stock

- 250 ml water

Thinly sliced ​​herbs:

- 5 cloves of red onion

- 3 cloves of garlic

- 5 pieces of curly red chili

- 3 large green chilies

- 3 cm ginger

- 4 lemongrass stalks, sliced ​​white part

- 3 lime leaves

How to make:

1. Boil the gravel several times until the gravel is tender, changing the cooking water each time it boils. the fish is tender, cut into pieces, set aside.

2. Fry the sliced ​​spices in hot oil until fragrant and cooked, then add the gravel.

3. Season with salt, sugar, and ground beef broth, mix well, then add water.

4. Cook until cooked, stirring occasionally until the cooking water runs out. Remove the gravel, and serve.

2. Sauteed kale

Ingredient:

- 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced

- 2 red onions, thinly sliced

- 2 bunches of kale

- Salt to taste

- Sufficient soy sauce

- Enough water

- 3 tbsp vegetable oil

How to make:

1. Heat oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant and brown.

2. Add kale, then add salt, soy sauce, and water. Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes or until the kale is wilted.

3. Lift and serve.
