Ingredients

1 pack of chicken feet & heads

Carrot

Cabbage

Beans

Chilli

Mixed onions

Step

1. Wash the head and legs of the chicken, boil in boiling water for a while then remove

2. Wash the cabbage, carrots, and beans then chop roughly

3. Wash and clean the ground spices such as chili, mixed shallot, coriander, candlenut, turmeric, and ginger, then puree

4. Saute the spices until fragrant

5. Add lemongrass, tamarind, bay leaf, galangal and lime leaves

6. Add the chicken, add enough water and cook until the carrots are cooked

Chicken Feet Head Curry is ready to be served
