1 tsp rice flour
How to make:
1. Coconut milk sauce: mix thick coconut milk, salt, and pandan leaves. Cook over low heat until it boils. Enter the rice flour solution, stir until thickened, remove and set aside.
2. Stuffing: mix all the filling ingredients, cook over low heat, stirring until the water dries up. Remove, set aside.
3. Make the cake, mix the glutinous rice flour, starch and salt, mix well. Add coconut milk little by little while stirring evenly.
4. Knead until the dough can be pulverized. Divide into 3 parts and then color each.
5. Flatten the dough with the filling, then round it again. Repeat until the dough runs out.

How to make:
1. Make coconut shells, boil water, add brown sugar, white sugar, pandan, and salt. Cook until sugar is dissolved. After the sugar is dissolved, add the grated coconut, stirring constantly until evenly distributed. Set aside.
2. For the skin, mix all the skin ingredients, mix well. Then strain it so that it doesn't get lumpy. Then add the pandan paste.
