Fuyunghai Tofu Recipe, Cheap and Economical Cuisine

Recipe fuyunghai tofu

Ingredient:

100 grams of Chinese tofu, coarsely ground

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 spring onion, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon chicken stock powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 eggs, beaten off

3 pieces of cabbage, thinly sliced

1 carrot, cut into matchsticks

3 tablespoons of flour

1/4 teaspoon pepper powder

5 tablespoons oil for frying

Sauce Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1 large red chili, seeds removed, diced

4 tablespoons of tomato sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 eat granulated sugar

1 tablespoon vinegar

2 teaspoons cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water, dissolved

300 ml water

1 tablespoon oil for frying

How to make fuyunghai tofu:

1. Stir in the garlic, tofu, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper powder, and spring onions.

2. Add eggs, cabbage, carrots, salt, pepper, and flour. Mix everything well

3. Heat oil, fry fuyunghai. If you want the fuyunghai to be crispy, cook it in plenty of oil and heat.

4. Cook the sauce by sautéing the garlic, chilies, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, water. Bring to a boil and add vinegar.

5. Finally, add the cornstarch solution, stir the sauce until it thickens and explodes.
